Well folks, we had plenty of warning (since 12-Oct-2015) that Moose's Software Valley - *possibly* moving to another web address / URL and I have had a \"Sticky Note\" at the top of my web page that since then remindingpeople that my web site was going to be moving hosts sometime in the future ....But, it has finally happened. FHosts has suddenly shut down. Their CPanel is gone.

Unity development still feels like \"cheating\" to me. I am a \"old school\" programmer and I believe in developing everything from first principles for whatever platform I am developing on. But, for a one-man-band (me) to develop a 3D game from first principles that would work on Windows, Linux, Android, iOS, etc could take many months (years ) and by the time I finished, the platform / environment would have moved on / changed so much that I would have to re-tool / re-do a lot of work. So, I am slowly coming to accept that dev tools like Unity are essential for modern games development. And that is why I have suddenly started doing some Unity development.
