Winterland Holiday Light Show in Ellis Park in Danville, Indiana, showcasing hundreds of thousands of lights in hundreds of displays to celebrate the holiday season. New this year, a 30-foot Christmas tree with lights synchronized to your favorite Christmas music.
More than a million lights will be wrapped around trees and free-standing displays at the Potawatomi Zoo. The Gift of Lights will run Friday through Sunday, November 25 to December 18, 5 to 9 pm (last admission at 8:30).
City Hall comes alive for the holiday season as the western façade of the historic building lights up with stunning technicolor projections that are synchronized to sound effects during the nightly (and free!) Deck The Hall Light Show. The must-see lighting display kicks off at the top of the hour at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 7 p.m., 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. each night. The show is just one of the winter pop ups that abound at Dilworth Park each holiday season, where strings of lights also illuminate trees and shine overhead the Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink, the Wintergarden on the Greenfield Lawn, the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market and the Rothman Orthopedics Cabin.

November 26, 2022-Jan. 2, 2022Kick off the holiday season with a tree lighting in North Straub park with the Mayor and Santa on November 26, 2022 with a Santa Parade and Tree Lighting! Stand along the pedestrian walkways at North and South Straub Parks in St Petersburg for this free light show on the water. There will also be a Christmas lights and displays at Pioneer Park, Vinoy Park and the new St. Pete Pier.

The Scott family at 310 E. Carrollton St. in Magnolia has created a hand-built display with more than 200,000 lights that includes a 34-foot star and a cardinal with an 8-foot wingspan. Show times are 5:30 to 10 p.m. daily through Jan. 2.
Christmas on Cherry Lane at 1507 Cherry Lane in Green includes a display with an operating Ferris wheel, roller coaster and other moving ornaments. The lights are synchronized and can be heard on the radio at 103.7 FM.
Beyond the pretty lights, Celebration in the Oaks is more of a tradition than anything else, featuring a ritual display of trees designed by students and nonprofit organizations, creating a rush of excitement around the holiday season.
