When I open the CC 2017 app and try to download the products, nothing happens. I have entered my CC login information, and my membership is activated. I cannot download the product even when logged in with a free membership. Do I need to have the CC 2018 app with the 2018 version of Photoshop to access the trials?
I have rebooted the computer, tried to login with another password that I found in my other logins and then I tried to download again. Still the same error. Nothing happens when I try to download these trials.
