RECESSED TYPE FILTER PRESS

In Recessed Type Filter Press, Filter Plates are equipped with butterfly type PP Filter Cloth and two adjacent filter plates combine to form one filter chamber in which cake formation occurs.

GASKETED TYPE FILTER PRESS

Gasketed Type Filter Press are also known as CGR Type or Zero Leakage Filter Press.

These are the advanced version of Recessed Type Press where Filter Cloth is caulked inside the caulking groove with O-Rings at the edges which provide sealing action when two adjacent Filter Plates combine resulting in Zero Leakage and CHEMICA is known for the best Gasketed Filter Press Manufacturers and Suppliers.

O-Rings are available in VITON, EPDM, NEOPRENE, SILICON etc.

MEMBRANE TYPE FILTER PRESS

Membrane Type Filter Presses are consists of membrane, also called a diaphragm which is designed to inflate by compressed air or pressurized water to squeeze residual moisture out of the formed filter cake.
These presses generally forms cake with 40% decreased moisture content than conventional Recessed and CGR Type Filter Presses.

AUTOMATIC PLATE SHIFTING

CHEMICA provides Automatic Plate Shifting Mechanism as an optional feature in Filter Presses.
In this mechanism, shifting of filter plates is done by shifter clamps attached to both side rails which move the filter plates synchronously by means of toothed belts.
The system functions hydraulically and is controlled via PLC Control in control cabinet.
This system is generally installed in larger plate formats where weight of plates are very high.

AUTOMATIC PLATE WASHING

CHEMICA provides Automatic Plate Shifting Filter Presses as an optional mechanism.
In this mechanism, the automatic plate shifter first pulls the filter plate intro its position. The washing device then positions itself in relation to the filter plate. The swiveling nozzle holder then moves along the filter plate and cleans it via water jet which flows out of the arranged nozzles.

AUTOMATIC BOMB DOOR DRIP COLLECTION TRAY

CHEMICA Automatic Filter Presses are equipped with a uniquely design Bomb Door type Drip Collection Tray beneath the Filter Press Elements. The purpose for Drip Collection tray is to collect the drip from the capillary action of the Filter Clothes during Filtration and Washing.

The 2 door bomb door type hydraulically operated drip trays along with it’s two nos. Hydraulic cylinders comprises of the main assembly. The drip tray in open condition acts as a hopper for cake discharge. It’s control by main hydraulic power pack.
